Skyhigh Networks secures $40 million in series C Financing

Cloud visibility and enablement company Skyhigh Networks has announced that the company has raised $40 million in Series C financing.

The financing round led by Greylock Partners and Sequoia with participation from Salesforce has raised the company’s total capital to $66.5 million.

In a statement Skyhigh said that the company is planning to use the investment to further extend its lead in the growing cloud security market, accelerate the expansion into international market.

“At Skyhigh we are focused on helping CIOs and CISOs enable the adoption of cloud services that empower employees and drive productivity and business innovation while addressing their security, compliance, and governance requirements,” said Rajiv Gupta, CEO, Skyhigh Networks.

“With this funding we will expand sales and double down on product innovation to continue to deliver the industries’ most comprehensive, effective, and easy-to-consume cloud security offering,” Gupta added.
