Happiest Minds Technologies Acquires PureSoftware for $94.5 mn

Happiest Minds Technologies has finalized an agreement to acquire PureSoftware Technologies for $94.5 million (approximately Rs 779 crore). This strategic move marks a significant expansion for Happiest Minds in the digital engineering and transformation services sector.
India laptop usersPureSoftware, headquartered in Noida, India, with a global presence, is renowned for its rapid growth and expertise in digital engineering and transformation solutions. With a strong foothold in various industries such as Banking & Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Logistics, and Gaming & Entertainment, PureSoftware boasts deep domain knowledge. Notably, PureSoftware is celebrated for its award-winning Banking-as-a-Service Platform named Arttha.

The acquisition stands to greatly enhance Happiest Minds’ domain capabilities, particularly in the BFSI and Healthcare and Life Sciences verticals. With PureSoftware’s 1,200-strong workforce, Happiest Minds aims to bolster its offerings within the Product & Digital Engineering Services (PDES) Business Unit.

Beyond strengthening its presence in the USA, UK, and India, Happiest Minds will also gain a near-shore presence in Mexico, along with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Africa through this acquisition. PureSoftware reported revenue of $43 million for the fiscal year 2024.
