UST Global, an information technology solutions and services company for Global 1000 enterprises, has acquired Renaissance Solutions, a Singapore-based recruitment specialist for Construction, Oil & Gas and a premier staffing and technology services companies.
Renaissance services over 100 multinational companies in private and public sectors, including 15 Fortune 500 customers. They operate through a network of over 400,000 skilled workers from across the globe.
The acquisition of Renaissance by UST Global will enable companies to find the right talent, lower costs and optimize the speed of project implementation and completion, UST Global said.
