Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that it has completed an Oracle HCM Cloud transformation for Extreme Networks, empowering and connecting its workforce across 33 countries.
Extreme Networks started making investment in HR transformation to add personalization in the HR experience to develop talent and enhance employee morale. TCS, a leading IT service provider, leveraged its Business 4.0 thought leadership framework along with its expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Agile methodologies to enable a seamless integration across processes and systems.
Extreme Networks has benefitted from a simplified and unified global platform that provided analytics and actionable insights to enable smarter decision-making and support strategic workforce initiatives.

Extreme Networks expects that the new application will improve HR operations and deliver a connected HR system for its employees in 33 countries.
