Xpressbees raises $300 million led by Blackstone Growth

Blackstone Growth has agreed to lead a $300 million investment in Xpressbees, India’s fastest growing third-party logistics company.

TPG Capital, ChrysCapital and existing investors Norwest Venture Partners and Investcorp will also make investments during this round.

Xpressbees is a logistics services provider established in 2015. It has emerged as one of India’s largest express logistics companies with a diverse network of more than 2,700 service centers, serving 450 e-commerce customers.

Blackstone has made investments in Simplilearn, India’s leading online learning platform; Sona Comstar, a leading electric vehicle automotive components manufacturer; and VFS Global, a global market leader in visa outsourcing services.
