Waterlily secures $7 mn

Waterlily has secured $7 million in seed funding led by Brewer Lane Ventures, with participation from strategic investors Genworth, Nationwide, and Edward Jones. Additional investments came from key industry leaders, including Tim Kneeland, former CEO of GE Insurance & Transamerica LTC.

The company had previously raised a $2.2 million pre-seed round, backed by Scott Barclay, Managing Director of Healthcare at Insight Partners. Waterlily utilizes AI to predict long-term care needs decades in advance, helping families plan for future care requirements with precise cost estimates.

UVeye secures $191 mn

UVeye has secured $191 million in funding to meet the increasing demand for its AI-powered vehicle inspection technology, bringing its total capital raised to $380.5 million. The funding round was led by Woven Capital, with participation from UMC Capital, MyBerg, and existing investors W.R. Berkley, Menora Mivtachim, and More Investment House, contributing $41 million in equity financing.

Trinity Capital structured a $150 million debt facility, including an initial $100 million commitment with an option for an additional $50 million to support the production of UVeye’s advanced inspection systems.

Conifers.ai raises $25 mn

Conifers.ai has raised $25 million in funding from SYN Ventures, alongside participation from Picus Capital and other investors. The funding coincides with the company’s formal launch and the introduction of its Conifers CognitiveSOC platform, which leverages agentic AI to enhance security operations center capabilities.

Conifers.ai aims to improve SOC efficiency and effectiveness by enabling AI-driven security investigations on a scale. The Conifers CognitiveSOC platform reduces investigation times by up to 87 percent and improves accuracy by 8 percent compared to human analysts.
