Nirmata has secured a $9.6 million funding round led by Peak XV Surge, with participation from Dallas Venture Capital, Dreamit Ventures, and existing investors Z5 Capital and Uncorrelated Ventures.
The VC funding aims to expand Nirmata’s presence, scale its go-to-market strategies, and accelerate product development to serve as the de-facto hub of security automation, governance, and compliance for all applications and the underlying IT infrastructure from code to cloud.
Limited Raises $3 mn
Limited, a fintech startup transforming global banking via stablecoins and self-custody, raised $3 million pre-seed led by Third Prime, with The House Fund and Arche Capital.
Limited merges stablecoins with traditional banking, offering U.S. accounts where ACH, Fedwire, and wire payments convert into USDC, USDT, and EURC. Users retain full control through self-custody wallets, avoiding institutional risks.
Sardine AI Raises $70 mn
Sardine AI, an AI-driven fraud prevention platform, secured $70 million Series C led by Activant Capital, with Andreessen Horowitz, Nyca Partners, Google Ventures, Geodesic Capital, Cross Creek Capital, Moody’s Analytics, Experian Ventures, and NAventures.
With this investment, they’re scaling AI infrastructure to make risk teams more efficient and better equipped to combat the scale of modern financial crime, said the company.
Voyantis Raises $41 mn
Voyantis, an AI-powered growth platform optimizing customer acquisition, raised $41 million, bringing total funding to $60 million. Led by Intel Capital, with Square Peg, Target Global, Jibe, Redseed, Alicorn, 20Growth, Essential, and ICON, the funding supports its predictive AI for customer value assessment.
Positron Secures $23.5 mn
Positron, a U.S.-based AI chip startup, raised $23.5 million from Flume Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, Atreides Management, and Resilience Reserve. The funding scales its energy-efficient AI chips, offering a cost-effective alternative to Nvidia.
Positron has rapidly shipped AI chips to data centers and neoclouds nationwide, demonstrating strong market demand.
