UpGuard Raises $75 mn

Cybersecurity firm UpGuard secured $75 million in Series C financing led by Springcoast Partners, with support from August Capital, Square Peg Capital, and Pelion Venture Partners. Co-founder and CEO Mike Baukes will use the capital to expand UpGuard’s AI-driven Cyber Risk Posture Management platform, enhance global operations, and pursue strategic M&A. The funding supports accelerated product innovation to meet rising enterprise demand for integrated cyber risk solutions, strengthen compliance and third-party monitoring, and position UpGuard for broader international expansion in cybersecurity threat management, deepening its presence in the enterprise security market.

NODA AI Secures $25 mn

Austin-based NODA AI raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Draper Associates, Bloomberg Beta, and Alumni Ventures. Founded by autonomous systems experts, NODA AI develops orchestration software to coordinate mixed fleets of autonomous machines for defense and government applications. The capital will accelerate platform development, expand engineering and business operations, and support delivery to Department of Defense and allied programs. This round signals strong venture confidence in AI-native platforms enabling multi-domain autonomous system integration and advanced decision-making capabilities.

Encord Raises $60 mn

Data infrastructure startup Encord secured $60 million in Series C funding led by Wellington Management, with participation from existing investors Y Combinator, CRV, N47, Crane Venture Partners, Harpoon Ventures, and new backers Bright Pixel Capital and Isomer Capital. Co-founders Ulrik Stig Hansen and Eric Landau will use the funding to scale Encord’s AI-native platform that manages multimodal data including video, sensor feeds, and 3D point clouds. The platform supports robotics, autonomous vehicles, and other AI-driven physical systems. The capital will accelerate product development, expand global market reach, and strengthen Encord’s role in real-world AI applications.
