The company’s platform leverages AI to streamline global trade finance for businesses. Hyro Raises $45 Million
Hyro, a leading provider of responsible AI agents for healthcare, has raised $45 million in a strategic growth funding round led by Healthier Capital, with participation from Norwest and Define Ventures, as well as other existing investors. The investment will expedite the development of AI agents designed to streamline administrative, operational, and clinical tasks across digital and voice channels. Hyro’s platform is currently deployed at over 45 health systems, including Sutter Health and Tampa General Hospital. Moonshot AI, a generative AI platform that transforms websites into self-optimizing entities, has secured $10 million in seed funding. The no-code platform aims to enhance conversions, sales, and revenue by enabling websites to autonomously evolve. The funding round was led by Mighty Capital, with participation from Oceans Ventures, Uncorrelated, Garuda Ventures, and Almaz Capital. Syntracts Raises $5.3 Million
Syntracts, a provider of secure on-premises legal AI infrastructure, has raised $5.3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Hyperplane, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Point72 Ventures, Top Harvest Capital, Fortitude Ventures, and Myriad. Syntracts aims to help legal firms unlock the full value of their data safely and at scale, addressing the need for privacy-first AI solutions in the legal industry. The company was co-founded by Christopher Martin.
ChipAgents Raises $21 Million ChipAgents, an AI platform for chip design and verification, has closed a $21 million Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to $24 million. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with strategic backing from Micron, MediaTek, and Ericsson. The company has reported a 6,377 percent surge in monthly usage and is deployed at 50 leading semiconductor companies. Founded by Professor William Wang, ChipAgents aims to automate routine tasks and accelerate design and verification processes in chip development.
