Defense technology startup Swarm Aero raised $35 million in Series A funding led by Two Sigma Ventures and Silent Ventures. Additional investors include Khosla Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Construct Capital, Coatue, Founders Fund, Alumni Ventures, and MaC Venture Capital. The company is led by CEO and co-founder Danny Goodman. The capital will accelerate development of large autonomous UAVs and command-and-control software that enables drone swarms to operate cooperatively. Arycs Technologies Secures $24 mn

The investment values the company at $9 billion and supports expansion of Replit Agent, its AI-powered “prompt-to-production” software development platform.
