Several tech startups — Spacial, Mem0, Frontline Wildfire Defense, among others, have announced their venture capital funding.

Spacial Raises US $10 mn
Spacial, an AI-powered platform for automating residential engineering and permitting processes, has raised US $10 million in a seed round led by TLV Partners, with participation from Mango Capital, Re Angels and HTV. Founder & CEO Maor Greenberg said the technology transforms legacy construction workflows—converting architectural drawings into code-compliant structural and MEP plans and detecting design conflicts early. With over 140 active projects and 300 percent revenue growth since launch, the innovation accelerates time-to-permit and supports more affordable home building at scale
Mem0 Raises US $24 mn
Mem0, founded by Taranjeet Singh (CEO) and Deshraj Yadav (CTO), announced a US $24 million funding round (Seed + Series A) to develop a persistent “memory layer” for AI agents. The Seed was led by Kindred Ventures and the Series A by Basis Set Ventures, with participation from Peak XV Partners, GitHub Fund, and Y Combinator. The strategy is to enable AI apps to retain context, preferences and past interactions instead of restarting each session, improving personalization, efficiency and reducing redundant input. Thousands of developers and enterprises already use Mem0 with millions of API calls, positioning the company as a foundational infrastructure innovation for agentic AI.
Frontline Wildfire Defense Closes US $48 mn
Frontline Wildfire Defense, founded by Harry Statter (CEO), secured US $48 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest to scale its integrated wildfire‐defense system. The technology combines sensors, sprinkler hardware, software connectivity, satellite links and water/foam suppression to proactively protect structures—recently achieving a 96 percent home-survival rate in Los Angeles fires. In response to soaring wildfire risk and insurance market disruptions, the company’s customer focus is homeowners, builders and insurers seeking resilient fire protection. The innovation enables real-time activation and structural hardening, offering communities a preventative rather than reactive wildfire defence model.
