Shipday has raised $7 million in a Series A round led by ECP Growth and Ibex Investors, with participation from B Capital and Supply Chain Ventures. The investment will accelerate development of AgentFlow, an AI engine that automates dispatch, customer support, and marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. Shipday serves more than 5,000 SMBs across 100+ countries, helping them optimize last-mile delivery operations. The funding will also support platform expansion and global reach. Span has secured $25 million in combined Seed and Series A funding from Alt Capital, Craft Ventures, SV Angel, BoxGroup, and others. Span provides an AI-native developer intelligence platform that unifies data from code, tickets, incidents, and tools to help engineering leaders understand and manage the impact of AI on workflows. The platform offers clarity on team performance, automated reporting, and R&D insights. The company aims to restore lost context in fast-moving engineering environments. PowerLattice Raises $25 mn
PowerLattice has raised $25 million in Series A funding co-led by Playground Global and Celesta Capital. The company has developed a breakthrough power-delivery chiplet that integrates power directly into AI processor packages. This innovation reduces power consumption by over 50 percent while significantly improving computational performance, helping data centers overcome the growing AI power bottleneck. The investment will support product commercialization and scaling. PowerLattice was founded by Dr. Peng Zou (CEO), Gang Ren, and Sujith Dermal.
Alembic Raises $145 mn
Alembic has raised $145 million in new funding led by Prysm Capital and Accenture, with participation from Silver Lake Waterman, WndrCo, and other investors. Alembic specializes in Causal AI, delivering cause-and-effect insights from enterprise data to drive smarter decision-making. The new capital will expand its platform, which now supports large-scale real-time causal inference using a high-performance NVIDIA NVL72 SuperPOD cluster.
