Scale Social AI Raises $1.3 mn

Scale Social AI has raised $1.3 million in pre‑seed funding, led by LAUNCH and The Syndicate (Jason Calacanis), with participation from RTP Angel Fund, Primordial Ventures, Charlotte Fund, Triangle Tweener Fund, Blue Valley Capital, and individual angels such as Mike Cristinziano. The company turns authentic customer photos and videos—captured via QR code—into branded, short-form ads for local marketing. Their strategy focuses on genuine user experiences over traditional influencer content. Customers (franchises and local businesses) benefit from higher engagement, repeat visits, and 104 percent sales uplift. Founded and led by Runbin Dong, Scale Social AI is innovating with automated content-to-ad conversion optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and local networks.

Kraken Raises $800 mn

Kraken has secured $800 million in a dual‑tranche funding round, valuing the company at $20 billion. The primary tranche was led by Jane Street, DRW Venture Capital, HSG, Oppenheimer Alternative Investment Management, and Tribe Capital, including participation from co‑CEO Arjun Sethi’s family office. A strategic $200 million follow-on investment came from Citadel Securities. Kraken plans to use the funds to scale its regulated crypto infrastructure, expand into Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA, and build new products in trading, tokenized assets, staking, and payments. Co-CEO Arjun Sethi steers the company’s mission to integrate traditional finance with blockchain-native services through its secure, institutional-grade platform.

GetVocal Raises $26 mn

GetVocal has raised $26 million in a Series A round led by Creandum, with participation from Elaia and Speedinvest, boosting its total funding to $30 M. The strategy focuses on building hybrid human–AI customer‑support workforces via its AI CX platform. Its technology ensures AI agents work under governance and human oversight, supporting transparency, auditability, and EU AI Act compliance. Customers like Vodafone, Glovo, and Movistar benefit from fewer escalations, higher self-service, and a 70 percent deflection rate. Founded by Roy Moussa and Antonin Bertin, GetVocal innovates with controlled, trustworthy AI.

AI‑Stroke Raises $4.6 mn

AI‑Stroke has raised $4.6 million in a seed round led by Newfund’s BrainTech vehicle, Heka, with support from angel investors and Bpifrance. The investment fuels regulatory and clinical study efforts for its AI “neurologist,” which analyzes 30‑second smartphone videos of patients’ face, arms, and speech to detect stroke signs before CT scans. Its dataset draws on 20,000 clinically annotated videos. Customers (EMS and hospitals) gain faster triage, early detection, and potentially life-saving interventions. Cédric Javault, CEO and co‑founder, leads this pioneering innovation.

Nudge Security Raises $22.5 mn

Nudge Security secured $22.5 million in Series A funding, led by Cerberus Ventures, with follow-on from Ballistic Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Squadra Ventures. This funding backs its strategy to secure AI and SaaS usage at the “workforce edge” — where employees choose the tools they use. The technology delivers policy‑driven guardrails that nudge users toward safe behavior in real time. Customers benefit from full visibility into AI-enabled apps, automated risk insights, and governance without hampering productivity. Founded by Russell Spitler (CEO) and Jaime Blasco, the company is innovating at the intersection of security and AI adoption.
