RapidFort Raises $42 mn

RapidFort announced a $42 million Series A funding round led by Blue Cloud Ventures and Forgepoint Capital with participation from Felicis Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Boulder Ventures, Brave Capital, Evolution Ventures, Florida Funders, and Gaingels. Under CEO Mehran Farimani, the investment will accelerate development of automated software supply chain defense tools that embed remediation into CI/CD pipelines. RapidFort’s technology focuses on minimizing container vulnerabilities by generating hardened images and integrating runtime intelligence to secure applications from build to production. The strategy emphasizes proactive security, shifting enterprises from reactive detection to predictive defense and reducing attack surfaces through automation. Investors back RapidFort’s approach to scalable and integrated security capabilities that address increasing software complexity and evolving cyber threats, enabling faster development cycles with stronger protection.

Airrived Emerges with $6.1 mn

Airrived emerged from stealth with $6.1 million in seed funding led by Cannage Capital, with participation from Plug and Play Ventures, Rebellion Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, and strategic investors Manoj Apte, Mahendra Ramsinghani, and Saqib E. Awan. Co-founder and CEO Anurag Gurtu unveiled the Agentic OS — a unified operating layer that makes agentic intelligence native to enterprise cybersecurity, IT, and business operations. Unlike traditional bolt-on AI tools, Airrived enables deep-reasoning AI agents that orchestrate workflows, automate tasks, and continuously improve outcomes. The platform spans critical domains such as SOC, GRC, IAM, and vulnerability management, transforming fragmented AI initiatives into an integrated, scalable system. Innovation delivers improved operational outcomes, reduced manual overhead, and autonomous decision-making, helping enterprises move beyond shallow AI that only summarizes to AI that acts and adapts.

Principle Raises $2 mn

Principle raised $2 million in pre-seed funding led by SMRK VC and SMOK VC with participation from RideHome AI Fund, a16z Scout Fund, Bain Capital Scout Fund, and Unpopular Ventures to commercialize its Strategic Foresight AI platform. Founded and led by co-founder and CEO Artur Kiulian, the platform adapts military-grade wargaming concepts to corporate decision making, enabling enterprises to simulate competitive futures using digital twins of companies, regulators, and market forces. Principle’s technology integrates large language models with continuous simulation engines that update scenarios based on real-time intelligence like competitor moves and regulatory changes. This innovation helps strategy teams move from static planning to iterative, evidence-based decisions. The investment will accelerate product development, real-time market integration, and enterprise pilots, benefiting Fortune 500 and mid-market customers facing complex strategic dynamics.
