Pear Suite Secures $7.6 Million

Pear Suite announced a $7.6 million Series A funding round to expand its digital platform supporting community health workers in underserved regions. The platform enables real-time data capture, supervision, and remote decision support. The company plans to scale operations across multiple states while embedding analytics and offline-first mobile features. Although specific investors were not disclosed, the founding leadership views the platform as a bridge between grassroots care and institutional health systems. End users—public health bodies and NGOs—benefit from improved data accuracy, faster support, and stronger impact on population health.

OutcomesAI Secures $10 Million

OutcomesAI has raised $10 million in seed funding led by Santé Ventures to expand its hybrid care model combining voice AI agents and licensed nurses. The technology optimizes workflows such as triage, follow-ups, and patient outreach. Led by CEO Kuldeep Singh Rajput, OutcomesAI targets health systems and virtual care providers seeking to extend nursing capacity while controlling costs. The innovation lies in a human-agent collaborative model. Customers benefit from 3×–5× scaled nursing throughput, lower cost per patient, and improved engagement in remote care.

KOR Closes Series B

Fintech company KOR has raised a Series B round led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with continued support from existing investor Mosaik Partners. The investment will enable KOR to scale its derivatives reporting and trade repository platform globally, expanding product innovation and regulatory coverage. Founder and CEO Jonathan Thursby described the funding as validation of KOR’s differentiated offering in compliance technology. Institutions—including banks, asset managers, and exchanges—use KOR’s system for accurate, transparent, and efficient trade reporting across jurisdictions. The new capital will help expand engineering teams and client operations.

Basis Theory Raises $33 Million

Basis Theory has secured $33 million in funding to advance its agentic commerce platform and enterprise-grade payment vault. The technology enables merchants to tokenize, own, and dynamically program payment flows independent of third-party gateways. Investors include Costanoa, Stage 2 Capital, and Moneta VC. Under CEO Colin Luce, the company aims to position Basis Theory as the infrastructure layer for AI-driven commerce. Merchants using clients such as Pinterest, Melio, and MoneyGram gain greater compliance, control, and flexibility over payment data and automation workflows.

Renew Raises $12 Million

Property technology company Renew has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Haymaker Ventures, with participation from Goldcrest and Upfront Ventures. The firm is launching an innovative Resident Referral Network to help multifamily and single-family landlords reduce tenant churn. By combining its Renewal Management System, predictive analytics, and marketplace, Renew turns lease renewals into strategic retention levers. CEO Rob Hayden emphasizes that retention over acquisition is key to sustainable growth. Property owners and operators benefit from improved retention (a 3 percent uplift), reduced vacancy periods, and a more seamless renewal experience.
