Parable Raises $16.5 mn

Parable, founded by four second‑time entrepreneurs and helmed by CEO Adam Schwartz, raised $16.5 million in funding led by HOF Capital with participation from Story Ventures, InMotion Ventures, Lasagna, Panache, Supercharge and Tripe Impact Capital – plus angel investors from companies such as HubSpot, Vimeo, Deel, Ramp and Superhuman. Parable’s technology ingests activity data from enterprise software stacks to establish baseline insights of how teams spend time, triage AI use‑cases, execute automations and measure business impact of AI deployments. The strategy addresses the gap of visibility in AI transformation, enabling organisations to deploy AI effectively, optimise operations and demonstrate ROI.

Ceres AI Raises $13 mn

Ceres AI, under CEO Ramsey Masri, secured $13 million in funding led by Remus Capital. The company will expand its “AI for AI” platform which processes data across 40 crop types and over 17 billion plant‑level measurements on 32 million acres to deliver agricultural intelligence for agribusinesses, insurers and lenders. Remus Capital also appointed an AI agent, Arista, as the first‑ever AI board member of Ceres. The strategy combines advanced imagery analytics, AI and field‑scale data to help customers manage risk, optimise yields and support decision‑making — bridging technology and operational workflows across agriculture and financial ecosystems.

Lettuce Financial Secures $28 mn

Lettuce Financial, founded and led by CEO Ran Harpaz, raised $28 million in new funding (led by existing investor Zeev Ventures) and acquired healthcare benefits startup Besolo to enhance its AI‑driven operating system for solo entrepreneurs. The acquisition brings Besolo’s founders into Lettuce’s healthcare initiative and introduces former Cigna executive Molly Loftus as advisor. Lettuce’s strategy is to serve growth‑focused one‑person businesses with integrated finance and benefits tools. Technology emphasis lies in AI‑powered business management and healthcare access. The move enables solopreneurs to access corporate‑level advantages in one platform.

Ruli.ai Raises $6 mn

Ruli.ai, co‑founded and led by CEO Adam Schwartz, secured $6 million in seed funding (led by Album VC with participation from SignalFire, PJC and others) to advance its AI‑native legal intelligence platform. The company also appointed Michele Lee, former GC of Pinterest and current GC in Residence at Wilson Sonsini, to its advisory board. Ruli.ai’s technology transforms in‑house legal operations with always‑on, context‑aware insights and continuous learning. The strategy is to modernise corporate legal teams, boost productivity, reduce risk and bring innovation to legal work.

Portal26 Raises $9 mn

Portal26, led by CEO Arti Raman, announced a $9 million Series A funding round led by Shasta Ventures with support from Fusion Fund and a major financial‑services venture arm. The firm’s platform helps enterprises manage, secure and measure generative‑AI adoption—offering governance, strategic analytics, shadow‑AI discovery and compliant workflows. The technology focus is enabling visibility and ROI for enterprise GenAI use. Strategy targets large organisations undergoing AI transformation. The investment will fuel product innovation, growth and enterprise customer expansion.
