Outtake Raises $40 mn

Outtake raised $40M in a Series B funding round led by ICONIQ with participation from CRV, S32, and angel investors including Satya Nadella, Nikesh Arora, Bill Ackman, Shyam Sankar, Trae Stephens, Bob McGrew, Guillermo Rauch, and John Donovan to scale its unified digital trust platform. The investment will accelerate product innovation and global growth to help enterprises detect, investigate, and disrupt AI-driven identity threats across web, email, and digital channels. Outtake’s unified platform addresses rising AI-enabled deception with advanced threat detection and response, improving operational velocity and threat prioritization for customers. Founder and CEO Alex Dhillon aims to transform digital trust workflows for enterprise security teams.

Checkbox Raises $23 mn

Checkbox raised $23M in a Series A round led by Touring Capital with participation from Peak XV, Conductive Ventures, Tidal Ventures, Five V Capital, and angel investor Jerry Ting, VP of Agentic AI at Workday and former Co-Founder and CEO of Evisort. The funding will drive expansion of the AI Legal Front Door platform, which uses AI agents to capture and automate legal intake across email, Slack, Teams, Salesforce, and intranet portals. Co-founders and CEOs Evan Wong and James Han focus on replacing manual legal workflows with intelligent automation, delivering visibility, faster throughput, and resource planning for enterprise legal teams.

PaleBlueDot AI Raises $150 mn

PaleBlueDot AI secured $150M in a Series B financing led by B Capital to expand its global AI compute infrastructure. The funding supports technology enhancements, platform engineering, and global expansion into North America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. CEO Stephen Watts emphasizes the company’s mission to make high-performance AI computing accessible, reliable, and cost-efficient for enterprise applications. The capital will accelerate innovation in multi-tenant cloud architecture and AI Cloud Agent capabilities, meeting surging enterprise demand for scalable compute. This investment positions PaleBlueDot to support broader adoption of AI workloads and attract a diverse global customer base.
