Launchpad Closes Series A

Launchpad, founded by CEO Cassandra Liu and CTO Ravi Patel, has closed a Series A round (amount undisclosed) to advance its AI-driven reimagination of manufacturing. The company’s platform applies computer vision, predictive analytics, and process optimization to enable smart factories. Its strategy is to partner with manufacturers to digitize operations, reduce waste, and boost throughput. Launchpad’s technology integrates with existing equipment and data systems, delivering modular AI tools. The new capital will fuel go-to-market expansion, R&D, and growth among global industrial and discrete manufacturing customers.

MatrixSpace Raises $20 Million in Series B to Strengthen AI-Powered Counter-Drone Technology

MatrixSpace, a leading developer of portable AI-enhanced radar counter-drone (CUAS) systems, has completed a $20 million Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $58 million. This round, which significantly increases the company’s valuation since its May 2023 Series A, was co-led by The Raptor Group and OTB Ventures, and welcomed strategic new investors including L3Harris.

The funding will accelerate MatrixSpace’s growth and reinforce its leadership in portable counter-drone solutions. The company’s radar technology combines AI at the edge with advanced sensing capabilities, offering real-time classification, historical tracking, and predictive analytics. This enables organizations to secure airspace effectively under all conditions, including low-light and low-visibility environments. Gregory Waters is the co-founder and CEO of MatrixSpace.

Prisma Photonics Raises $30 Million

Tel Aviv–based Prisma Photonics, founded in 2017 and led by Dr. Eran Inbar (CEO), has closed an oversubscribed $30 million growth round, bringing its total funding to about $80 million. The round was led by Protego Ventures, with participation from Adara Ventures, Insight Partners, Chione Switzerland, SE Ventures, and a Latin American transmission operator. Its core technology — Hyper-Scan Fiber-Sensing — converts existing optical fibers into continuous, AI-powered sensor networks capable of detecting, classifying, and localizing events such as wildfires, intrusions, and grid stress with meter-level accuracy across critical infrastructure. Deployed with 15 Tier-1 transmission operators in the U.S. and EU, Prisma’s strategy focuses on expansion into Latin America and strengthening its AI models through data network effects.

Intelo.ai Closes $2 Million Round

Intelo.ai, co-led by Roopesh Nair and Jeff Fish (Co-CEOs), has raised $2 million in a funding round led by Illuminate Ventures to advance its Collaborative Intelligence platform for retail. The startup is developing AI agents that partner with merchandisers and planners to enhance forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory decisions by combining automation with human expertise. Its strategy emphasizes domain-aware, high-ROI applications rather than generic AI tools. The funds will be used to expand engineering and product teams and accelerate go-to-market efforts. Illuminate’s investment underscores confidence in Intelo’s founding team and its deep retail domain insight.

Flint Raises $5 Million Seed Round

Flint, founded by Michelle Lim (first engineer and head of growth at Warp) and Max Levenson (former Nuro engineering lead), announced a $5 million seed round led by Accel, with participation from Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners and Neo. The company is building autonomous websites — AI-driven systems that automatically create, optimize, and adapt web pages, aiming to reduce friction for growth teams. Early customers include AI firms such as Cognition and Modal, which report improved SEO and up to 50 percent higher Google Ads conversions. Flint’s strategy is to transform static websites into self-optimizing, intelligent marketing channels. The funds will be used for product development, AI R&D, and market expansion.
