Instrumentl, a full-lifecycle grant solution for nonprofits and universities, raised $55 million from Summit Partners to develop AI capabilities, scale U.S. customer acquisition, and help grant seekers amid federal grant cuts. Instrumentl offers the first AI-enabled platform to find grants, write applications, manage work, and report results in one place.
Scamnetic Receives $13 mn
Scamnetic, protecting against digital threats using AI, raised $13 million in Series A led by Roo Capital, joined by 1st and Main Growth Partners, SaaS Ventures, and Riptide Ventures, bringing total funding to $16 million. Scamnetic will boost marketing, sales, customer support, and product development, enhancing features and global support.
Cynomi Secures $37 mn
Cynomi, a vCISO platform for MSPs and MSSPs, raised $37 million in Series B co-led by Insight Partners and Entrée Capital, with Canaan, Flint Capital, and S16VC. Cynomi will expand product development, global reach, U.S. sales, and serve more providers. The company tripled ARR in 2024 after 4.5x growth in 2023.
Endor Labs Raises $93 mn
Endor Labs, in application security, raised $93 million in Series B led by DFJ Growth with Salesforce Ventures, Lightspeed, Coatue, Dell, Section 32, and Citi Ventures. Endor Labs grew 30x in ARR, achieved 166 percent NRR, and now secures 5M+ apps with 1M+ weekly scans for clients including OpenAI and global banks.
Reusables.com Raises $2.6 mn
Reusables.com, a tech-enabled reuse platform, raised $2.6 million in a seed round co-led by StandUp Ventures and Amplify Capital, with Sandpiper Ventures and Emend Vision Fund. The funds expand SaaS reuse solutions and support its University of California launch.
