Gather AI announced a $40 million Series B funding round led by Smith Point Capital Management, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, Bling Capital, Dundee Venture Capital, XRC Ventures, and The Hillman Company to expand its Physical AI platform for logistics and supply chain operations. The investment supports technology innovation in real-world AI, using cameras and drones to deliver accurate inventory visibility and eliminate operational blind spots between physical operations and digital systems. Gather AI’s strategy focuses on scaling predictive capabilities, expanding global deployments, and growing engineering and customer success teams to support enterprise adoption. Modveon Raises $10 mn

Modveon announced a $10 million funding round backed by Coinbase Ventures, Firebolt Ventures, Humla Ventures, and Strategic Cyber Ventures plus additional investors and angel backers to develop a verified digital operating system for governments and citizens. Led by CEO and Co-Founder Nana Murugesan, the company is focused on building identity-first infrastructure to enable secure, trusted digital interactions, communication, and transactions at societal scale.
