Co-founders Anuj Kumar and Manuj Kumar plan to use the capital to grow product engineering teams, enhance AI agent capabilities, expand the company’s global footprint, and build strategic partnerships. Gambit Cyber’s KnightGuard platform uses integrated AI agents to help enterprises identify, validate, and remediate cyber risks in real time. By prioritizing the most critical threats before they can be exploited, the platform enables organizations to shift toward proactive, risk-centric cybersecurity operations.
Codoxo Secures $35 Million to Advance Generative AI in Payment Integrity
Healthcare technology company Codoxo has secured $35 million in a Series C funding round led by CVS Health Ventures. New investor Echo Health Ventures joined the round, alongside existing investors Sands Capital, 111 West Capital, Brewer Lane Ventures, Wipro Ventures, 450 Ventures, and QED Investors. This brings Codoxo’s total funding to more than $75 million.
Founder and CEO Musheer Ahmed, Ph.D., said the funding will accelerate deployment of the company’s Generative AI-powered Point Zero payment integrity platform. The technology enables health payers to prevent payment errors before claims are submitted, improving accuracy, lowering administrative costs, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers. HEN Technologies Raises $22 Million to Build AI Operating System for Fire Defense
HEN Technologies has raised $22 million in funding led by O’Neil Strategic Capital, with participation from NSFO, Tanas Capital, z21 Ventures, and venture debt from Silicon Valley Bank. The company is focused on building what it describes as the first AI-enabled operating system for fire defense.
Under the leadership of CEO Dr. Sunny Sethi, HEN Technologies is developing Fluid-IQ, a platform that combines AI, physics-informed neural networks, and IoT sensors to modernize fire suppression and predictive response. The company plans to expand its global IoT infrastructure to collect comprehensive fire data. Customers benefit from faster fire detection and extinguishment, reduced water usage, and adaptive predictive defense systems that enhance safety and resilience.
MoEngage Secures Additional $180 Million in Series F Funding
Customer engagement platform MoEngage has announced an additional $180 million in Series F funding led by ChrysCapital and Dragon Funds. The round also included participation from Schroders Capital, TR Capital, and B Capital, along with select secondary transactions by Eight Roads Ventures, Helion Venture Partners, Z47, and Ventureast.
CEO and co-founder Raviteja Dodda said the funding will be used to accelerate innovation across MoEngage’s Merlin AI suite, expand teams in North America and EMEA, and pursue strategic acquisitions. MoEngage’s platform combines customer behavior insights with omnichannel engagement tools to help brands improve retention, unify data, and streamline messaging. Roamless Raises $12 Million to Expand Global eSIM Platform
Istanbul-based Roamless has secured $12 million in Series A funding, led by Rasmal Ventures, bringing its total funding to $18 million. The startup offers a global eSIM-based mobile operator platform built on proprietary, cloud-native, carrier-grade infrastructure.
Serving more than 1 million users across over 200 countries, Roamless enables seamless cross-border connectivity without SIM swaps or roaming complexity. The company plans to introduce local phone numbers in more than 20 countries, expand B2B APIs for partners such as airlines and online travel agencies, and deploy AI-driven features to improve service efficiency and cost management.
