FLORA Raises $42 mn

FLORA, led by Founder and CEO Weber Wong, raised forty-two million dollars in Series A funding to build a unified creative environment for the generative era. The investment round was led by Redpoint Ventures and included participation from the CEOs of Vercel and Frame.io as well as the co-founders of Fal, Mike Volpi at Hanabi, Menlo Ventures, a16z Games, Long Journey Ventures, Twitch founder Justin Kan, Cyan Banister, Matt Hartman, and Gabe Whaley. The platform integrates AI text, image, and video models into one workflow to accelerate creative workflows, streamline collaboration, and enhance professional editing tools. FLORA plans to expand engineering and sales teams and deliver faster production cycles with reusable creative systems.

Slice Global Equity Raises $25 mn

Slice Global Equity, co-founded and led by CEO Maor Levran, secured twenty-five million dollars in Series A funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Fenwick, Cooley LLP, TLV Partners, R-Squared Ventures, and Jibe Ventures. The investment will deepen the company’s AI-native, compliance-first infrastructure for global equity management and scale worldwide go-to-market efforts. Built for modern multinational companies, the platform replaces legacy equity tools by applying multi-jurisdictional tax and legal rules through agentic workflows. Slice’s strategy is focused on reducing equity operations cycle times and cutting external counsel costs for CFOs. This funding strengthens product development, AI integration, and global expansion in equity management systems.

Adaptive6 Emerges with $44 mn

Adaptive6, co-founded by CEO Aviv Revach, CTO Omer Müller, and COO & Chief of Engineering Eyal Brosh, emerged from stealth with forty-four million dollars in Series A funding led by USVP, with New Era Capital Partners, Forgepoint Capital, Pitango VC, and Vertex Ventures also participating. The company’s AI-powered Cloud-to-Code technology identifies and remediates cloud waste by tracing inefficiencies directly to lines of code, incorporating cost governance into engineering workflows. This innovation brings cybersecurity playbook methodologies to cloud cost optimization. Adaptive6 aims to help Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies reduce total cloud spend and automate remediation, improving efficiency with policy enforcement and integration into DevOps pipelines.

Scholé AI Raises $3 mn

Scholé AI, co-founded and led by CEO and co-founder Dr. Vinitra Swamy and CTO and co-founder Dr. Paola Mejia, raised three million dollars in funding led by ACE Ventures with participation from The House Fund and FundF. The company’s AI-native adaptive learning platform delivers personalized, role-based training tailored to enterprise tools and workflows, aiming to close the AI skills gap for modern teams. Scholé’s technology dynamically adjusts lessons based on user progress and context, improving learning adoption across diverse organizations. The strategy focuses on expanding enterprise deployments, enhancing adaptive learning capabilities, and supporting workforce upskilling for AI integration, with early use cases already deployed with global enterprises.
