DataRails announced a $70 million Series C funding round led by One Peak with participation from Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services, Flashpoint, and Vintage Investment Partners to make AI the foundation of financial planning and analysis for CFOs. CEO Gadi Shamia said the investment supports scaling AI-powered FP&A tools, enhancing automated forecasting, and expanding global market reach. The technology focus includes building AI workflows that unify and analyze financial data, streamline budgeting, and improve decision-making speed. Customers benefit from increased accuracy, reduced manual effort, and faster insights. The strategy includes product innovation, enterprise integration expansion, and accelerated growth through customer-centric enhancements.

Unbox Robotics Secures $28 mn

Unbox Robotics secured $28 million in Series B funding led by ICICI Venture with participation from Exfinity Venture Partners, Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, Aioz Group, Evangel International, and Network Ventures. Founder and CEO Sagnik Sarkar outlined plans to expand autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for logistics, fulfillment, and enterprise automation. The technology focus includes AI-driven navigation, real-time orchestration, and scalable fleet management. Customers benefit from labor cost reduction, improved operational efficiency, and faster fulfillment cycles. The investment will accelerate product development, enhance software capabilities, and support geographic expansion. Growth strategy prioritizes partnerships with logistics providers and enterprise adopters to increase automation adoption.

Legato Raises $7 mn to Bring In-Platform AI Vibe App Creation to Business Users

Legato, an AI-native platform focused on in-product vibe app creation for business users, has secured a 7 million USD seed funding round led by S Capital VC, with additional participation from Cerca Partners. Legato enables B2B SaaS vendors to embed an AI builder directly inside their products, so any business user can implement, customize, and automate workflows in natural language while the platform vendor retains full governance and control. Shlomit Tennenbaum and Dana Rochman are co-founders of Legato.
