Corsha Secures $18 mn

Corsha has raised $18 million in Series A-1 funding led by SineWave Ventures, with participation from Razor’s Edge Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures. Corsha addresses identity and security challenges in operational technology and critical infrastructure environments amid growing AI adoption.

Portnox Secures $37.5 mn

Portnox has secured $37.5 million in Series B funding led by Updata Partners. This follows a $22 million Series A led by Elsewhere Partners, bringing total investment to $59.5 million. Portnox enables enterprises to enforce zero trust security across their IT infrastructure.

BRINC Secures $75 mn

BRINC has raised $75 million in new funding led by Index Ventures, with Motorola Solutions joining to form a strategic alliance. Other investors include Mike Volpi and Dylan Field. The funds will scale production and R&D for lifesaving drone technology.

Spektion Raises $5 mn

Spektion, a software vulnerability management firm, exited stealth with $5 million in seed funding led by LiveOak Ventures, joined by Tau Ventures and Dauntless Ventures. Spektion uses runtime data and software behavior analytics to proactively address vulnerabilities.

Gallatin Raises $15 mn

Gallatin AI has raised $15 million in seed funding led by 8VC, with support from Silent Ventures, Moonshots Capital, Timeless Partners, and Banter Capital. Developed through 8VC’s Build program, Gallatin is scaling its Navigator platform and hiring across DC and California.

Octane Raises $6.75 mn

Octane has exited stealth with $6.75 million in seed funding co-led by Archetype and Winklevoss Capital. Other investors include Gemini, Circle, Legion Capital, Druid Ventures, Duke Capital, and angels such as Balaji Srinivasan and Sina Habibian. Octane is accelerating platform development to protect crypto developers.

Runway raised $308 million

AI video startup Runway has raised $308 million in a funding round led by General Atlantic, with participation from investors including SoftBank Group, Nvidia, Fidelity Management & Research Company, and Baillie Gifford. This investment values the New York-based company at over $3 billion, though Runway has not officially confirmed this valuation. The funds will be used to advance AI research for new media, focusing on developing an AI film and animation studio. Runway’s software enables users to generate videos using text prompts or images. In September, the company partnered with Lionsgate to develop a customized video generation model aimed at assisting filmmakers and creative professionals.
