Constelli Raises $20 mn

Indian defense-tech startup Constelli raised $20 million led by General Catalyst, with participation from 360 ONE Asset Management and Pravega Ventures. Founded by defense and aerospace technology veterans, Constelli develops advanced electronic warfare, communication, and sensor payload systems for drones and other platforms. Funding will accelerate research and development, expand manufacturing and deployment capabilities, and strengthen strategic defense partnerships domestically and internationally. Spintly Raises $8 mn

Smart access control startup Spintly raised $8 million in Series A financing led by Accel, with participation from Chakra Growth Fund, Alumni Ventures, and Spyre VC. Spintly develops wireless BLE mesh-based access management platforms enabling secure, cable-free deployments for enterprises and commercial properties. Funding will accelerate global expansion across India, the Middle East, Africa, and the U.S., enhance product innovation, and scale customer acquisition efforts. The investment reflects strong venture interest in IoT-driven physical security solutions. Spintly plans to strengthen its platform, improve hardware-software integration, and establish a broader footprint in the enterprise access management and smart security market.

Revel Raises $150 mn

Revel, a software platform for hardware test and control in aerospace, defense, robotics, and energy, secured $150 million in Series B funding led by Index Ventures with participation from Redpoint Ventures, Thrive Capital, Felicis, Abstract Ventures, and angel investor Dylan Field. Founded by engineers from SpaceX, Anduril, and Palantir, Revel modernizes software infrastructure for complex hardware systems. Capital will accelerate product innovation, scale enterprise deployments, and expand into additional industrial markets. Funding strengthens Revel’s leadership in mission-critical hardware software solutions, supporting operational efficiency, integration of automated workflows, and global expansion of its unified test and control platforms.
