CloudForge Secures $3.95 mn

CloudForge, led by Founder and CEO Ben Marans, has raised $3.95 million in funding from investors including Zero Infinity Partners, Resolute Ventures, and Bienville Capital to accelerate its AI-driven metals supply chain platform. CloudForge uses machine learning and a proprietary database of verified metal companies to transform sales, CRM, and procurement processes that have long relied on manual systems. The investment will support product development, expand AI capabilities, and strengthen engineering and customer success teams. The platform enhances discovery of buyers and suppliers, shortens sourcing cycles, and improves operational efficiency for metal service centers, fabricators, and machine shops. CloudForge aims to modernize metals sales and procurement with scalable technology infrastructure.

BizTrip AI Raises $1.5 mn

BizTrip AI, co-founded and led by CEO Tom Romary, announced it has secured $1.5 million in new pre-seed funding in a third tranche led by RRE Ventures with participation from AI Fund, BAG Collective, BAG Ventures, Correlation Ventures, and Sabre Corporation. Individual investors include Michael Cain, Mike Daly, and Valerie Layman. BizTrip AI’s agentic AI — powered by a proprietary Travel LLM and multi-agent platform — is designed to streamline corporate travel planning, execution, and policy compliance. The strategy focuses on simplifying complex travel workflows, reducing program costs, and delivering consumer-grade experiences at enterprise scale. Funds will accelerate engineering hires, product development, and customer rollout, positioning the company for broader adoption in the fast-evolving travel tech market.

GrubMarket Raises $50 mn GrubMarket, a leading AI-powered food supply chain and eCommerce technology company, has raised $50 million in Series H financing from Future Food Fund, Portfolia Funds, Liberty Street Funds, RD Heritage Group, Flume Ventures, and MY Securities, among others. Under Founder and CEO Mike Xu, the company plans to scale AI innovations such as its Inventory Management AI Agent and Reporting AI Agent to automate critical workflows for produce distributors, wholesalers, and supply chain operators. The strategy includes expanding global eCommerce reach, investing in technology and talent, and advancing acquisitions like Coast Citrus and Procurant. GrubMarket’s AI transformation supports real-time inventory automation, enhanced analytics, and improved efficiency and transparency for customers across over 70 countries.
