Caracol Raises $40 Million

Caracol announced a $40 million Series B round co-led by Omnes Capital and Move Capital, alongside CDP Venture Capital and existing investors. The funding supports Caracol’s expansion into new geographies — Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East — and accelerates development of its robotic, multi-material additive manufacturing platforms.

Led by CEO and co-founder Francesco De Stefano, the company integrates software, robotics, and automation to deliver data-driven process control. Customers in aerospace, energy, and construction benefit from shorter lead times, cost savings of up to 70%, and enhanced flexibility in part production.

OutcomesAI Secures $10 Million

OutcomesAI has raised $10 million in seed funding, led by Santé Ventures, to scale its hybrid care model combining voice AI agents with licensed nurses. Under founder and CEO Kuldeep Singh Rajput, OutcomesAI automates workflows such as triage, follow-ups, and care coordination to augment nursing capacity.

Customers — health systems and virtual care providers — gain access to 3× to 5× scalable nursing output, reduced per-case costs, and faster patient engagement. The innovation lies in blending algorithmic agents with human clinicians to manage scale and complexity in care delivery.

Aragorn AI Raises $4.3 Million

Dallas-based Aragorn AI, founded by siblings Ed and Gladys Adjei, has secured a $4.3 million seed round (bringing total funding to approximately $5.5 million) led by LiveOak Ventures and Dallas Venture Capital.

The firm is building a People Ops Operating System integrating HR, payroll, benefits, and talent systems with agentic AI assistants via its Integrations Engine, Analytics Studio, and Agentic Studio. Its strategy targets enterprises seeking proactive, data-driven HR workflows. Initial customers include Plaid and Oak View Group. The innovation promises faster deployment, better insights, and more unified HR operations.

Woz Raises $6 Million to Launch AI-Powered Platform for Building Business-Ready Mobile Apps

Woz, a pioneering AI startup, has secured $6 million in seed funding to advance its platform that merges artificial intelligence with expert human oversight to create business-grade mobile applications. The VC funding round was led by Cervin Ventures, with participation from Burst Capital, Y Combinator, Untapped Ventures, MGV, and the Lacob Family, co-owners of the Golden State Warriors.

Woz follows an anti-vibe coding approach — assigning clear tasks and guardrails to AI, while human engineers intervene when needed and review every final product. This hybrid model ensures apps are robust, scalable, and secure. Woz’s system integrates agentic AI, human engineering, and manufacturing principles to produce consistent, high-quality code through an assembly-line model where specialized AI agents handle distinct development tasks. Ben Collins is the Co-Founder and CEO of Woz.

Corbel Secures $6.7 Million

Industrial AI startup Corbel, co-founded by Dr. Emma Chen (CTO) and Alex Rivera (CEO), has closed a $6.7 million seed round to scale its AI-native platform for industrial equipment operations. The platform combines predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and autonomous optimization to transform asset performance and uptime.

Corbel’s strategy is to embed AI across manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors, enabling real-time intelligence and prescriptive actions. The funding will accelerate product development, expand deployments with industrial customers, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI, IoT, and heavy assets.
