Anyformat Raises €3.3 mn
Anyformat, a Madrid-based generative AI platform for document intelligence, closed a €3.3 million seed round led by Kibo Ventures with follow-on investments from 4Founders, Abac Nest Ventures and Decelera Ventures. The platform converts contracts, invoices, emails, and presentations into structured data with human-level accuracy at machine speed, while preserving data sovereignty. With existing clients like the Singapore Government, L’Oréal and IAG Group, Anyformat is expanding engineering and product teams, building a dedicated EU sales force, and aiming for over €1 million in annual recurring revenue by 2026. Founders Juan Huguet (CEO) and Diego Pérez (CTO) envision a future where document processing is automated, accurate, and compliant with modern regulations.
Numerata Raises Seed funding
Numerata, an AI-powered software development tools company, announced a seed investment round led by Jane Street with participation from CoreWeave Ventures. Numerata’s flagship product, NinetyFive, offers custom-model training and ultra-low-latency autocomplete for enterprise codebases — enabling organizations to build secure, AI-augmented development workflows without sacrificing control over private code. Founder Kevin Wang describes the approach as making computation “an extension of thought.” With Jane Street as both investor and first customer, Numerata aims to accelerate developer productivity, reduce costly coding errors, and lock in its vision of AI-augmented software engineering. CoreWeave brings cloud infrastructure support, positioning Numerata for scalable growth and enterprise adoption.
Clipbook Secures $3.3 mn
Clipbook, a communications-focused AI startup, has raised $3.3 million in seed funding co-led by investor Mark Cuban, along with Commonweal Ventures and Carpenter Capital. The company’s vertical AI platform aggregates news, social media, policy data, and multimodal content from over 1 million sources, delivering context-rich predictive insights for PR firms, enterprises, and government agencies. Already serving 200+ clients including major agencies and financial institutions, Clipbook aims to deepen investments in product development, engineering, and go-to-market strategy. Founder & CEO Adam Joseph positions the platform as essential intelligence infrastructure — helping communications teams respond faster, understand global information flows, and make data-driven decisions.
