AttoTude secured $50 million in Series B funding led by Mayfield, joined by The Westly Group and existing investors Sutter Hill Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Wing Venture Capital, bringing total funding to $91 million.
Funds will scale manufacturing, expand customer engagements, and accelerate THz interconnect technology deployment for AI and hyperscale data centers.

Cyberhaven secured $100 million in Series D funding, led by StepStone Group with participation from Schroders and Industry Ventures, raising its valuation to $1 billion. Cyberhaven specializes in AI-powered data security using proprietary data lineage technology to detect and prevent data risks in cloud and AI-driven environments.
