Adaptis, a sustainability and profitability alignment platform for building owners, continued its momentum after a $4 million seed round led by Building Ventures and supported by MetaProp, 2048 Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and Blue Vision Capital. The VC funding is fueling platform expansion and strategic hiring across the U.S. and Canada.
Blumind Secures $20 mn
Blumind has raised $20 million CAD in Series A funding co-led by Cycle Capital and BDC Capital, with participation from Fusion Fund, Two Small Fish Ventures, and Real Ventures. Blumind’s AMPL analog AI technology reduces latency and power consumption for edge computing and always-on applications.
Rescale Secures $115 mn
Rescale has announced a $115 million Series D round with backing from Applied Ventures, Atika Capital, Foxconn, Hanwha Asset Management Deeptech Venture Fund, Hitachi Ventures, NEC Orchestrating Future Fund, NVIDIA, Prosperity7, SineWave Ventures, Translink Capital, University of Michigan, and Y Combinator. Early investors include Sam Altman, Jeff Bezos, Paul Graham, and Peter Thiel. Rescale empowers R&D teams with AI, data management, and high-performance computing.
AppWork Secures $13 mn
AppWork has secured $13 million in Series A funding led by Resolve Growth Partners. The company is rapidly gaining traction among NMHC 50 operators and mid-market property managers. The capital will be used to enhance product innovation and customer success initiatives.
SandboxAQ Raises $450 mn
SandboxAQ has closed its Series E round with over $450 million raised. New investors include Ray Dalio, Horizon Kinetics, BNP Paribas, Google, and NVIDIA, joining existing backers such as Breyer Capital, Eric Schmidt, Alger, Paladin Capital, S32, TIME Ventures, and funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates.
The VC funding will support the advancement of SandboxAQ’s Large Quantitative Models, which are transforming how enterprises solve complex scientific and quantitative challenges using AI and quantum technology.
