Boostly Secures $22 mn
Boostly has secured $22 million in growth capital to accelerate its position as the leading provider of automated SMS marketing and feedback solutions for restaurants. The Series A round was led by PeakSpan Capital with participation from Y Combinator, Trestle Partners, and Singularity Capital.
The VC funding will support innovation and expansion efforts as Boostly continues to help restaurant owners leverage first-party customer data and boost revenue through proven marketing strategies.
Validus Secures $45 mn
Validus Risk Management has secured a $45 million growth equity investment from FTV Capital to enhance its position as a leading software and tech-enabled services platform for financial risk management.
The VC investment will enable Validus to expand its market presence in the United States and APAC and also will support advancements in technology and product innovation.
Coeptis raises $10 mn
Coeptis has closed an additional $5.7 million in its final Series A Preferred Offering, bringing the total to $10 million, led by CJC Investment Trust, controlled by board member Christopher Calise.
The VC funding will strengthen the balance sheet, repay obligations, and support corporate purposes while accelerating AI integration and automation to enhance research and operations.
Salience Labs raises $30 mn
Salience Labs has secured $30 million in Series A funding led by ICM HPQC Fund and Applied Ventures, , the VC arm of Applied Materials, to advance its optical switches for AI datacenter connectivity.
Additional investors include Strategic Investment Fund, Braavos, Oxford Sciences Enterprises, Cambridge Innovation Capital, Silicon Catalyst, and Jalal Bagherli. Salience Labs, a leader in photonic solutions, aims to enhance large-scale AI infrastructure with its cutting-edge technology.
TrueFoundry Secures $19 mn
TrueFoundry has raised $19 million Series A led by Intel Capital, joined by Eniac Ventures, Peak XV’s Surge, Jump Capital, and angel investors including Gokul Rajaram and Mohit Aron.
Its Agent on Autopilot optimizes AI deployment, addressing governance, data privacy, and high infrastructure costs. Avi Bharadwaj of Intel Capital joins the board.
