Zip Secures $190 mn
Zip, an AI-powered procurement orchestration platform, has raised $190 million in Series D funding. The VC funding round was led by BOND, with additional participation from new investors DST Global, Adams Street, and Alkeon, alongside existing backers Y Combinator and CRV. This latest round boosts Zip’s valuation to $2.2 billion, a significant leap from its 2023 valuation of $1.5 billion.
The VC funding will be used to accelerate R&D, Expand the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product line, Establish the Zip AI Lab and Broaden Zip’s global presence.
SchooLinks Secures $80 mn
SchooLinks, a leading software platform for College and Career Readiness, announced its $80 million Series B funding led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from Stephens Group, Strada, and ASA.
The new capital will help SchooLinks expand its growing suite of CCR offerings and accelerate its growing ecosystem of products that facilitate connectivity between K-12, higher education, and employers.
Obligo Raises $35 mn
Fintech company Obligo has raised $35 million in a funding round co-led by True Global Ventures and 83North, aimed at expanding its innovative security deposit solutions across the U.S. rental market. Additional investors in the round include 10D, Entrée Capital, HighSage Ventures, MUFG Innovation Partners, and Viola Credit.
The new funding will fuel the company’s continued product innovation, IP development, and expansion of strategic partnerships as it moves closer to achieving profitability. The company has recently partnered with property management software giants such as AppFolio, Buildium, and Yardi, accelerating its growth.
WarrCloud Raises $20 mn
WarrCloud, the leader in automated warranty processing for the automotive industry, has secured $20 million in Series B funding, led by Centana Growth Partners, with participation from return investors Argentum and Automotive Ventures.
The funds will be used to enhance the company’s AI capabilities and further streamline the automotive warranty claims process. The Series B funding round follows WarrCloud’s $6.5 million Series A funding round in November 2023. In total, WarrCloud has raised $40 million since it was introduced to the market in 2021.
Tour24 Raises $5 mn
Tour24, a self-guided tour platform for the multifamily real estate market, has raised $5 million in a Series B funding round led by RET Ventures, a real estate technology-focused VC firm.
With this funding, Tour24 will enhance its platform, improve the user experience, and expand across the U.S. multifamily housing market. The company serves over 500,000 units across more than 2,000 properties.
Ramdam Secures $3.15 mn
Ramdam, an AI-powered platform for generating user-generated content for advertisers, has raised $3.15 million in a seed funding round led by The Moon Venture, with participation from Paris Region Venture Fund, Data Tech Fund, and BPI.
The funds will be used to further develop the AI-driven platform, expanding Ramdam’s presence in the U.S. and Europe while enhancing its technological infrastructure for advertisers.
Globality Raises $47 mn
Globality, the market leader in AI-powered sourcing and procurement, raised $47 million in a Series D-1 and D-2 funding round, backed by Rollins Capital and existing investors.
This latest investment will allow Globality to enhance its AI and machine learning to automate procurement processes, offering companies significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
