ZenBusiness
ZenBusiness, an online platform for small businesses, has closed a $15 million in Series A venture capital financing — led by the former CTO of HomeAway.
RedPoint Global
RedPoint Global, a provider of customer data platform (CDP) and customer engagement technologies, has raised $13.5 million led by Camden Partners with the participation of existing and new investors. Dale Renner is the CEO and co-founder of RedPoint Global.
Mednition
Mednition, a machine learning-powered solutions provider for healthcare, has raised $10 million in Series A round of funding led by healthcare private equity firm Concord Health Partners.
Existing investor Wildcat Capital Management, LLC, the family office of David Bonderman, co-founding partner of TPG Capital, also participated in this new round, along with existing seed round investors. Steven Reilly is the CEO and co-founder of Mednition.
CyberFortress
CyberFortress, an insuretech startup for e-commerce companies, has closed a $3 million seed round co-led by Greycroft and LiveOak Venture Partners. Huw Edwards is the CEO of CyberFortress.
Duda
Duda, a web design platform for digital agencies and SaaS platforms, has raised $25 million growth equity round from Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). Duda raised $50 million to date.
Verafin
Verafin, a financial crime management software company, announced the completion of a C$515 million equity and debt recapitalization. Equity financing was provided by Spectrum Equity’s current investing fund and Information Venture Partners’ (IVP) new fund with participation by new backers Northleaf Capital Partners, BDC Capital and Teralys Capital.
