Flowcast

Flowcast, a fintech startup for smart credit decisioning, has raised $3 million in Series A funding, co-led by ING Ventures and BitRock Capital, with additional funding from existing investors including Katalyst Ventures and Alpana Ventures.

Securitize

Securitize, a solution for issuing and managing compliant digital securities on the blockchain, has raised $14 million from Santander InnoVentures, MUFG Innovation Partners and Nomura Holdings. Carlos Domingo is the co-founder and CEO of Securitize.

FruitSpec

FruitSpec has raised $4 million from investors such as AgVentures, a South African agtech investment company and Hubei Forbon Technology, China.

Flipside Crypto

Flipside Crypto, a business intelligence firm for cryptocurrency and blockchain organizations, has raised $7.1 million in a Series Seed Prime financing — led by Galaxy Digital Ventures with participation from Collaborative Fund, CMT Digital and Avon Ventures, a venture capital fund affiliated with FMR, the parent company of Fidelity Investments. Previous investors True Ventures, Founder Collective, Digital Currency Group, Castle Island and Boston Seed all participated in this financing round as well. Dave Balter is the CEO of Flipside Crypto.

Nview Health

Nview Health, a behavioral health solutions company, has received an investment of $4.65 million from venture investment firm BIP Capital.

Cruisewatch

Cruisewatch has raised $1 million to enhance AI-based prediction engine to solve major pain points for cruisers. The cruise prediction engine start-up will also partner with scientists from a technical university on a new AI research project.

Skyroam

Skyroam, a mobile technology company that invented the Virtual-eSIM platform, has raised $20 million in Series C2 funding round. The new round was co-led by Mesh Ventures and Phi Ventures, with participation from new investor Premier Ventures and returning investors Vickers Venture, Jafco Ventures, and GSR Ventures.

iSTOX

iSTOX, the first regulated capital markets platform to support one-stop issuance and trading of digitized securities, has closed its Series A funding round with lead investor Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group (KKP), a prominent Thai Investment Bank.

Kapwing

Kapwing, an online image and video editing platform, has raised $11 million in Series A financing round led by CRV. Kapwing founders include Julia Enthoven and Eric Lu.

Shopmonkey

Shopmonkey, an auto-repair shop software company, has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Index Ventures. Other participating investors include e.ventures and I2BF.

Cowbell Cyber

Cowbell Cyber, a startup on Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered cyber insurance, has raised $3.3 million in seed funding from insurance, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence venture funds including ManchesterStory Group, Holmes Murphy & Associates, Tri-Valley Ventures and the Global Insurance Accelerator.

Bigleaf Networks

Bigleaf Networks, a SD-WAN company, has raised $21 million in Series B funding led by Updata Partners with participation from the Oregon Venture Fund, SeaChange Fund, and other existing investors.

CrossBorder Solutions

CrossBorder Solutions, a AI-driven tax solutions company, has raised $40 million in Series B investment led by Insight Partners.
