Vega
Vega, a trading technology startup, seed funding of more than $5 million led by Pantera Capital with the participation of Xpring (Ripple), Hashed, NGC Ventures, gumi Cryptos Capital, Rockaway Blockchain, KR1, Eden Block, Focus Labs, Greenfield One, Monday Capital and RSK Ecosystem Fund. Barney Mannerings is the founder and shareholder of Vega Holdings.
NoBroker.com
NoBroker.com, a real estate portal, has raised $50 million in Series D funding led by Tiger Global Management with participation from existing investor, General Atlantic. NoBroker had raised $51 million in June in Series C funding led by General Atlantic. NoBroker raised $121 million to date.
Udaan
Udaan, a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform, raised $585 million from Tencent, Altimeter, Footpath Ventures, Hillhouse, GGV Capital and Citi Ventures. Existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners and DST Global also invested in the round. Udaan raised $870 million since 2016.
SmartRent
SmartRent, a provider of smart home automation for property managers and renters, has received a strategic investment from the Amazon Alexa Fund. Lucas Haldeman is the CEO of SmartRent.
X1
X1, a supplier of GRC and eDiscovery software, has raised $5.1 million in Series B funding round led by Palisades Growth Capital. Former head of HP Software, George Kadifa, also participated in the funding. X1’s team is led by CEO Craig Carpenter and CTO Brent Botta.
SaaSOptics
SaaSOptics, a subscription management platform designed for B2B SaaS and subscription-based businesses, has secured $12 million in Series B investment led by Fulcrum Equity Partners.
