Simbe Robotics
Simbe Robotics, a company leveraging robotics and AI to provide physical retail with insights into inventory and operations, announced two separate funding deals – a Series A equity financing round and an inventory financing agreement with SoftBank Robotics.
GiGstreem
GiGstreem, an internet service provider specializing in residential and commercial internet, has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by RET Ventures, an early stage venture fund representing over 1 million multifamily units in North America, with participation from LNC Partners.
Uhive
Uhive has raised $2.3 million in funding.
SmartDrive Systems
SmartDrive Systems, a provider of video-based safety telematics and transportation intelligence, has raised $90 million – led by TPG Sixth Street Partners with participation from existing investors.
Lacework
Lacework, a security platform, will be receiving $42 million from Sutter Hill Ventures and Liberty Global Ventures.
YI Tunnel
YI Tunnel, the AI startup targeting retail industry, has secured an undisclosed Series B funding led by Guopeng Capital and Mobai Capital. It was backed by Baidu Ventures, Kinzon Capital and Fengshion Capital in the previous rounds. YI Tunnel raised $25 million to date.
Argyle
Argyle, a provider of infrastructure for consumers to connect their workforce platforms to businesses, has closed $2.6 million seed round from Checkr and Bain Capital Ventures.
Shift5
Shift5, a cybersecurity company, has raised an additional $2.5 million in venture funding – led by Squadra Ventures with the participation of Lamphere Capital, Outland, Nue Capital, and Emerging Ventures.
