Moody’s Corporation has agreed to acquire Regulatory DataCorp (RDC), a supplier of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) data and due diligence services, for $700 million from Vista Equity Partners.

CloudKnox Security raised $22.75 million to date.
