Third Dimension AI raises $7 mn
Third Dimension AI, a 3D generative AI company, has raised $7 million to expand its team and develop immersive content for industries such as gaming and autonomous vehicles. The seed financing was led by Felicis, with participation from Abstract Ventures, MVP, Soma Capital, Solari Capital, and other investors.
TreQ Global raises $5 mn
TreQ Global has raised $5 million in its seed funding round to advance its open-architecture quantum computing clusters, with Lavrock Ventures leading the investment. There was participation from Creator Fund, Green Sands Equity, and firstminute capital.
Kiva AI raises $7 mn
Kiva AI has raised $7 million in seed funding to enhance its AI-powered data solutions for industries such as healthcare and law, with backing from CoinFund. Other investors include Protagonist, Hashkey, Peer VC, and notable entrepreneurs such as Bill Tai, Slava Rubin, Cyrus Massoumi, Brian Norgord, and Jack Herrick.
Logik.io raises $25 mn
Logik.io has raised $25 million in Series B to further innovate CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) technology and expand its footprint with strategic partnerships and new customer acquisitions. Investors include Emergence Capital, High Alpha, ServiceNow Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and GoBig
Sonair secures $6.8 mn
Sonair, a Norwegian robotics tech company, has raised a total of $6.8 million in funding, with a $1.6 million round led by Skyfall Ventures. RunwayFBU, another early-stage VC fund, also contributed to the round.
The company aims to transform spatial awareness in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) with its pioneering 3D ultrasonic sensor technology, which offers a broader field of view and increased safety compared to traditional 2D systems.
The funding will also support the company’s global Early Access Program, which targets AMR manufacturers and automakers. Sonair’s technology provides superior object detection by using sound-based sensing to enhance obstacle detection in complex environments.
Meridian Innovation raises $12.5 mn
Singapore-based Meridian Innovation, a leader in low-cost thermal imaging sensors, has raised $12.5 million from new and existing investors to scale its operations and develop new products. Meridian’s CMOS-based thermal sensors offer cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining high performance, positioning the company as a key player in sectors like IoT devices, smart appliances, and automotive safety. This latest funding round brings Meridian’s total investment to over $30 million, fueling the expansion of its thermal imaging solutions across both consumer and commercial markets.
Kando raises $10 mn
Kando, a wastewater intelligence company, has closed a $10 million funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $30 million. The round was led by prominent investors including DC Thomson, LIP, Ram-On Investments, Bridges Israel, ICI Fund, Aliaxis, and OurCrowd.
The new funding will support Kando’s mission of improving global wastewater quality using advanced machine learning models and proprietary IoT data. Kando’s platform enhances the monitoring and management of wastewater systems, addressing pressing issues like water scarcity, public health, and environmental protection. With plans to expand globally, Kando will focus on scaling its operations in the U.S. and Europe.
Founded by Zohar Scheinin and Ari Goldfarb, Kando initially operated as a bootstrap company but has since emerged as a key player in wastewater management, using innovative AI-driven technology to tackle global water challenges.
