VC funding: Tonkean, Sila, SourceDay, Slync.io, CircleCI

Tonkean, Sila, SourceDay, Slync.io, CircleCI, Accellion, AlertMedia, Mutable, Orion Labs, Seegrid, among others, announced their latest VC funding rounds.

Tonkean, the operating system for operations teams, has raised $24 million in Series A round, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, to introduce Adaptive Business Operations (ABO) software to enterprises. Foundation Capital, who led Tonkean’s $7.2 million seed round last year, also participated along with Magma Venture Partners and Slow Ventures.

Sila

Sila, the banking and payments API platform for software teams, has raised $7.7 million – in a seed funding round co-led by VC firms Madrona Venture Group and Oregon Venture Fund, with support from Mucker Capital, 99 Tartans, Taavet Kinrikus, CEO & Co-founder of Transferwise, and investor & entrepreneur Jerry Neumann.

SourceDay

SourceDay, a supplier collaboration engine of the direct spend industry, has closed a $12.5 million Series B round of funding — led by Baird Capital with participation from existing investors Silverton Partners, ATX Ventures and Draper Associates.

Slync.io

Slync.io, the first purpose-built operating system for logistics, has secured an $11 million series A funding round led by Blumberg Capital, with participation from Correlation Ventures and existing investors including 235 Capital Partners.

CircleCI

CircleCI, a leading CI/CD platform, has closed $100 million in Series E funding — led by IVP, with Sapphire Ventures also participating. CircleCI has raised $215 million in total funding since its founding in 2011.

Accellion

Accellion, a provider of the enterprise content firewall, announced a $120 million financing round led by Bregal Sagemount.

AlertMedia

AlertMedia, an emergency communication software provider, has raised $15 million in Series C funding led by existing investors including JMI Equity, Next Coast Ventures, and Silverton Partners.

Allset

Los Angeles-based food pre-ordering service Allset has raised $8.25 million in a Series B funding round, led by EBRD with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Greycroft, SMRK VC Fund, as well as new investor Inovo Venture Partners. The new round brings the Allset’s total investment to $16.6 million.

Mutable

Mutable, a Public Edge Cloud technology company, has raised $1.5 million in seed round led by Lunar Ventures and Fly Ventures with participation from Momenta Ventures, Acequia Capital, and Charlie Songhurst.

Orion Labs

Orion Labs, a SaaS communication and automation platform for the deskless and frontline workforce, has raised $29 million in Series B funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital with participation from WRVI Capital and existing investors including Avalon Ventures, Argentum Capital Partners, Allen and Company, and Mathers Associates.

Anagog

Anagog, the on-device artificial intelligence solutions supplier, has raised $10 million in a Series-C funding. The round was co-led by IN Venture, Israel’s corporate venture capital arm of Sumitomo, as well as existing investor MizMaa, and Continental, the international automotive supplier, tire manufacturer, and industry partner.

Loadsure

Loadsure announced an investment of £1.1 million led by Insurtech Gateway, alongside other corporate and angel investors.
