Technology companies such as Teraki, MineralTree, PhotoShelter, Goodly, Kyriba, CB4, Spike, Nodin, GreyNoise Intelligence, among others, announced their latest VC funding rounds.
Teraki
Automotive AI start-up Teraki has raised $2.3 million in the latest funding from Hong Kong-based Horizons Ventures and American Family Ventures. Total funding to date amounts to $5.3 million.
MineralTree
MineralTree, a accounts payable and payment automation solution provider, closed a $50 million growth equity investment led by Great Hill Partners, with participation from existing investors .406 Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures.
PhotoShelter
PhotoShelter, a digital asset management platform for visual storytellers, has received funding from Level Structured Capital. This funding provides PhotoShelter with access to a total of $8 million in capital.
Goodly
Goodly, a platform for student loan assistance as an employee benefit, announced a seed funding round of $1.3 million — led by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from Y Combinator, Ace & Company, Zeno Ventures and several prominent angel investors.
Kyriba
Kyriba is in advanced talks with Bridgepointto receive a $160 million investment round. The deal would give Bridgepoint a majority stake in the business, and value Kyriba at $1.2 billion. Daher Capital, Iris Capital and Kyriba Chairman and CEO Jean-Luc Robert will remain as investors in the company.
CB4
CB4, an AI software company for brick and mortar retail teams, has raised $16 million in their series B round — led by Octopus Ventures with the participation of Sonae IM and existing investors Sequoia Capital and Pereg Ventures.
Spike
Conversational email platform Spike has raised $5 million in a funding round which includes investments from web development platform Wix, Koa Labs, and NFX.
GreyNoise Intelligence
GreyNoise Intelligence, founded by Andrew Morris, has completed a $600K seed financing.
The seed financing was led by Inner Loop Capital and StoneMill Ventures, with participation from other venture capital firms and notable angel investors.
These include Paladin Capital Group, Oliver Friedrichs (founder of Phantom, Immunet and SecurityFocus), Bryson Bort (founder of SCYTHE and GRIMM) and Pedram Amini (CTO, InQuest.net and founder of Jumpshot).
Nodin
Nodin has completed an initial round of funding of $5 million and will soon launch an AI-driven augmented analytics platform with a set of capabilities that have never been available to executives and business analysts.
