Swave Photonics Raises €6 mn

Swave Photonics, a Leuven and Silicon Valley–based holographic display player led by CEO Mike Noonen, raised an additional €6 million in a follow-on Series A round led by IAG Capital Partners, with new investment from Samsung Ventures. Founded in 2022 as an imec spin‑out, the company develops HXR chipsets that use diffractive photonics on CMOS to project compact, waveguide-free 3D images. The VC funding will accelerate chip commercialization and go‑to‑market expansion. The platform’s strategy targets spatial + AI computing applications in AR, VR, and spatial computing. Benefits include scalable, natural holographic visuals without bulky optics.

DataBahn.ai Secures $17 mn

DataBahn.ai, co-founded by CEO Nanda Santhana and others, raised $17 million in a Series A round led by Forgepoint Capital, with participation from S3 Ventures and returning investor GTM Capital. The strategy focuses on transforming enterprise telemetry management by replacing legacy SIEM pipelines with an AI-powered data fabric that automates log discovery, pipeline creation, normalization, and alert prioritization. Funding will accelerate agentic AI development, expand the platform, and support global customer deployment. The technology delivers autonomous data pipeline orchestration and real-time query capabilities. Customers report a total of over 50 percent reduction in telemetry volume and significant cost savings. Benefits include scalable security data operations, reduced noise, enhanced observability, and faster AI readiness.

Foresight Secures $5.5 mn

Foresight, a NYC-based software startup founded in 2023 and led by CEO Jason Miller, raised $5.5 million in a seed round led by NEA with participation from KDX Ventures. The strategy centers on connecting fragmented private market data by building a unified AI-driven data mesh that integrates 50+ sources such as CRMs, cap table services, shared drives, KPIs, and fund accounting systems into a single source of truth. The funding will support product development, AI enhancements, and team expansion. The platform provides sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management tools for investors, lenders, and acquirers. Innovation lies in transforming unstructured, siloed data into a structured knowledge graph. Benefits include faster decision-making, data consistency, and streamlined workflows for private market professionals.

Centific Secures $60 mn

Centific, a Seattle-based AI data foundry co-founded and led by CEO Venkat Rangapuram, raised $60 million in Series A funding led by Granite Asia with Jenny Lee, alongside investment from Midas-listed VC, to scale its AI Data Foundry infrastructure. The platform supports enterprise-grade model and agent development, including data orchestration, inference pipelines, digital twins, and governance across cloud and edge environments. The strategy targets expansion of its infrastructure-agnostic architecture, dataset orchestration, and agentic AI capabilities. Funds will accelerate engineering, product development, and global go-to-market execution. Customers report on reduced regulatory risk and faster AI deployment. Innovation lies in comprehensive agentic AI workflows; benefits include high-assurance AI on a scale.
