Resonance

Resonance, a smart enterprise data platform, has raised an undisclosed angel funding from IP Ventures. The company’s product Rene, a mobile phone-based AI platform, captures and analyses unstructured sales and client data available within the company’s internal systems like emails, calendars, CRM systems and externally on the world wide web.

Voyager

Voyager, a company enabling the bulk commodity shipping market to coordinate maritime operations for raw materials, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding round co-led by ATX Venture Partners, Blue Bear Capital, GreenHawk Capital, and Phaze Ventures.

Starship Technologies

Starship Technologies, a company set up by two founders of video messaging business Skype, has raised another $40 million to expand its delivery robot business. Starship’s latest investment round was led by Morpheus Ventures, with participation from previous investors including Shasta Ventures, Matrix Partners and MetaPlanet Holdings, as well as new investors including TDK Ventures and Qu Ventures. The company’s six-wheel robots have already been used in more than 100 countries for last-mile delivery of food, groceries, and small packages.

TriEye

Israel’s TriEye, a provider of short-wave-infra-red sensing technology for enabling vision in adverse weather and night-time conditions, has raised $19 million with an investment from German sports car manufacturer Porsche.

Gravy

Gravy, the Atlanta-based customer retention and revenue recovery solution, has raised $1 million.

TapClicks

TapClicks, a marketing intelligence, analytics, reporting, workflow and orders management company, has raised $10 million in equity funding from Boathouse Capital, a private equity firm with over $350 million under management.

JRNI

JRNI, formerly BookingBug, a customer engagement platform for omnichannel conversion, has closed a $6 million extension to its Series C financing led by PeakSpan Capital with participation from Downing Ventures and Somerston Group. JRNI has raised $23.2 million to date.
