Spirable, video marketing automation company, has raised £6 million in Series A investment round led by Smedvig Capital with the participation of existing investors including Frontline Ventures, Downing Ventures, and 24 Haymarket.

Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), a technology company that provides remote patient monitoring for health systems, has raised $10 million in growth financing led by Edison Partners.
Loadsmart, a digital freight technology company, has raised $19 million. Ports America, the largest terminal operator in the U.S., joins the world’s largest container ship and supply vessel operator’s investment arm Maersk Growth as an investor. Loadsmart raised $53.4 million to date.
BrightInsight has raised $25 million in Series A funding round co-led by New Leaf Venture Partners and Eclipse Ventures.
Cooks Venture, a agriculture technology company, has raised $12 million senior secured financing provided by AMERRA Capital Management.
Aural Analytics, a digital health company, has raised $4.3 million in a series seed round led by venture capital group Morningside Ventures and Tamarisc Ventures.
