Ideoclick
Accenture has expanded its e-commerce and marketplace services through an investment in Ideoclick, a provider of e-commerce optimization platform.
FireEye
FireEye announced the acquisition of Cloudvisory. The acquisition, which closed on January 17, 2020, will add cloud workload security capabilities to FireEye Helix, offering customers one integrated security operations platform for cloud and container security.
AppsFlyer
AppsFlyer, the global attribution leader, announced a $210 million Series D funding round led by General Atlantic.
Berkshire Grey
Berkshire Grey, a robotics and AI company delivering retail, ecommerce, and logistics fulfillment automation to global Fortune 100 companies, has raised $263 million in Series B financing with SoftBank, Khosla Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, and Canaan participating.
RazorSecure
RazorSecure, an advanced cybersecurity software company, has raised £2.6 million from a jointly-led consortium of investors.
The investment consortium includes: Mainport Innovation Fund II, a Dutch venture capital fund focused on the transport sector; growth investor, Wentworth; and, Europe’s leading Internet of Things (IoT) investor, Breed Reply. RazorSecure, founded by Alex Cowan in 2015, has raised more than £4 million to date.
OnPay
OnPay, a payroll service provider for small businesses and accountants, has raised $6 million in Series A funding round.
Soft Robotics
Soft Robotics has raised $23 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round. The round is co-led by Calibrate Ventures and Material Impact and includes additional existing investors Honeywell, Hyperplane, Scale, Tekfen Ventures, and Yamaha. FANUC, the world’s largest industrial robot manufacturer, is a new investor in Soft Robotics.
