Sipay raises $78 mn

Sipay, Turkey’s leading payment and embedded finance platform, has secured $78 million in a Series B funding round led by Elephant VC, pushing its valuation over $875 million. The company, profitable since 2023, has experienced a fivefold increase in revenue year-on-year, reaching a $600 million revenue run rate. Following its $15 million Series A in June 2024, Sipay aims to expand into emerging markets and strengthen its global presence. With 6.3 million wallet users and 25,000 merchants in Turkey, Sipay has processed 100 million transactions and partners with firms like Visa, Mastercard, and major players including QNBpay, Hepsipay, and Trendyol. Founded in 2019, Sipay offers a unified platform for businesses and individuals, encompassing payments, embedded finance, FX, and digital wallets.

Rondah AI Raises $1.8 mn

Rondah AI raised $1.8 million in a pre-seed round co-led by 2048 Ventures and Twelve Below. Rondah AI provides AI agents for DSOs to capture missed revenue, reduce staffing burdens, and improve patient experience. Funds will expand features like outbound recalls, insurance processing, billing, payments, persistent memory, treatment planning, and multilingual communication.

Neuranics Raises $8 mn

Neuranics raised $8 million in seed funding led by Blackfinch Ventures, with participation from Archangels, Par Equity, University of Glasgow, and Old College Capital. The company pioneers TMR magnetic sensing for human-machine interaction. The funds will strengthen the team, accelerate core technology innovation, and enable integration into XR, wearables, and digital health.

Nuro Raises $106 mn

Nuro has raised $106 million in ongoing Series E funding at a $6 billion valuation. Investors include T. Rowe Price Associates, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Tiger Global Management, Greylock Partners, and XN LP. The total $2.2 billion funding round supports scaling its AI-based platform and commercial partnerships.

Sparrow Quantum Secures €21.5 mn

Sparrow Quantum secured €21.5 million in Series A funding led by PensionDanmark, with backing from EIFO, Novo Holdings, 2xN, LIFTT, and the European Innovation Council. Funds will accelerate R&D, expand chip production, and commercialize photonic quantum chips to meet growing demand.

nEye Systems Secures $58 mn

nEye Systems has secured $58 million in Series B funding led by CapitalG, with M12, Micron Ventures, NVIDIA, and Socratic Partners. Total funding is now $72.5 million, including a Series A led by TEDA Holdings, with Innolight Technology USA and Seed funds. nEye’s wafer-scale optical circuit switch solves bandwidth and power issues in data centers and AI systems by using direct optical connections.

Bliss Aesthetics Raises $17.5 mn

Bliss Aesthetics has raised $17.5 million in seed funding led by Shine Capital, with Synchrony Ventures, Sheva Ventures, Point72 Ventures, and Cerca Partners. Bliss uses GenAI, Stable Diffusion, and computer vision to let patients visualize enhancements and connect with board-certified surgeons.
