Battery Ventures, a global investment firm, will sell its stake in ClearCare, a software supplier for the home-care market, to WellSky Corporation, a health- and community-care technology company.
Place Technology, makers of the Salesforce powered corporate performance management solution, PlaceCPM, has raised $3 million in funding — led by Geekdom Fund and included Star Vista Capital and a select group of angel investors.
Tenfold, an integrator of CRM and voice platforms, has secured $7.5 million in Series C funding led by Next Coast Ventures with the participation of returning investors Andreessen Horowitz, Geekdom Fund and Salesforce Ventures.

Indonesian e-commerce firm Bukalapak said South Korea’s Shinhan Financial Group joined its latest fundraising round that valued the start-up at over $2.5 billion. Bukalapak did not disclose the amount it will receive through Shinhan’s investment banking unit Shinhan GIB. Other participants in Bukalapak’s closing Series F fundraising included Indonesian media conglomerate Emtek.
Bukalapak, whose other backers include Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC and China’s Ant Financial, raised $50 million in a previous fundraising round in January from South Korean firms led by Mirae Asset Daewoo and internet portal Naver.

Doorstead, an operations-technology company, has raised $3.3 million in seed funding co-led by global investment firms M13 and Silicon Valley Data Capital with participation from the Venture Reality Fund and SOMA Capital.
Shujinko, a supplier of cloud compliance software, has raised a $7.5 million in Series A—led by Unusual Ventures with participation from Defy and key angel investors. Shujinko has raised $10.3 million to date. Scott Schwan is the CEO and co-founder of Shujinko. Matt Wells is the CTO, and co-founder of Shujinko.
Razberi Technologies, a supplier of video surveillance and IoT solutions, has raised $5.8 million — led by LiveOak Venture Partners with the participation with Chartline Capital Partners and other investors including the family offices of industry leaders Ken Boyda and Jiri Modry. Doug Dickerson is the CEO Razberi Technologies.
