Shippeo

Shippeo, a supply chain visibility provider in Europe, has closed a €20 million funding in a Series B round co-lead by NGP Capital and ETF Partners with participation from Bpifrance Digital Ventures and Partech.

Nerdio

Chicago-based Nerdio, a Microsoft Azure automation solution for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT Professionals, has secured $8 million in a Series A round led by MK Capital and backed by Nerdio’s CEO and co-founder, Vadim Vladimirskiy, and CRO, Joseph Landes.

Docugami

Docugami, the Seattle-area document engineering startup, has secured $10 million in seed funding round led by Silicon Valley venture fund SignalFire, with participation by NextWorld Capital and others.

Cysiv

Cysiv, an enterprise SOC-as-a-Service company, has closed $26 million in Series A financing led by ForgePoint Capital with the participation of Trend Forward Capital.

Stilla Technologies

Stilla Technologies, a provider of digital PCR (dPCR) solutions for genetic analysis, has raised $22 million in a Series B funding round that brought in a new investor, the Chinese group TUS-Holdings, alongside the participation of existing investors Illumina Ventures, Kurma Partners, LBO France, Paris Saclay Seed Funds, BNP Paribas Developpement and Idinvest Partners. Remi Dangla is the cofounder and CEO of Stilla Technologies.

Carbon Relay

Carbon Relay and Insight Partners announced a $63 million transaction to accelerate the growth of its Red Sky Ops solution for optimizing application performance in Kubernetes environments. Matt Provo is the co-founder and CEO of Carbon Relay.

Hazelcast

Hazelcast, an in-memory computing platform, announced the expansion of its Series D round due to over-subscribed interest from global investment entities.
