SamanTree Medical raises $14 mn
SamanTree Medical, a medical technology company, has raised $14 million as part of a Series B financing round.
The VC funding round was led by Relyens Innovation Sante.
SamanTree Medical will use the funding to develop and commercialize the Histolog Scanner, expand its reach in Europe and the United States, and enhance its digital suite.
SGH generates $200 mn investment from SK Telecom
SMART Global Holdings, a developer of enterprise solutions, has received $200 million investment from SK Telecom.
SGH plans to use the capital from SK Telecom’s investment to enhance capabilities and enhance financial flexibility. SGH aims to expand the scope and scale of its Penguin Solutions branded AI factory offerings.
HammerTech secures $70 mn
Construction safety software company HammerTech has raised $70 million from US-based Riverwood Capital.
HammerTech will use the growth investment to accelerate business expansion and product innovation.
Exa raises $22 mn
Exa, an AI research lab redesigning search for the AI age, has raised $22 million in seed and Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from NVentures, NVIDIA’s venture capital arm, and Y Combinator.
Jacobi Robotics raises $5 mn
Jacobi Robotics, a startup of AI-powered motion planning technology, has raised a $5 million in a seed round led by Moxxie Ventures with participation from Foothill Ventures, Humba Ventures, and The House Fund.
Jacobi Robotics has also launched the availability of its technology and robotics AI software platform.
DataCore Secures $60 mn
DataCore Software, an industry leader in the data infrastructure and management space, has raised $60 million in a financing round led by Vistara Growth.
DataCore Software will use the investment to expand its technology offerings and operational agility.
DataCore aims to support its customers and ensure their success across core, edge, and cloud environments.
