Red Sift, Groww, TouchBistro, Celona, Acronis, INDUS.AI, among others, announced their latest VC funding / PE funding.

Red Sift

Red Sift, a provider of email security solutions, has closed $8.8 funding in Series A round — led by MMC Ventures and In-Q-Tel. Rahul Powar and Randal Pinto are the founders of Red Sift. Red Sift has doubled the number of employees in the past 18 months. Transferwise, Action for Children, and Sadler’s Wells, are some of the customers of Red Sift.


Groww, an online investment platform, has raised $21.4 million in Series B funding from US-based Ribbit Capital, along with existing investors, Sequoia India and Y Combinator. Lalit Keshre is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Groww.


TouchBistro has raised CDN$158 million in Series E funding — led by OMERS Growth Equity with participation from Barclays Bank, RBC Ventures, BMO Capital Partners, and existing investors including OMERS Ventures, JPMorgan Chase, Napier Park Financial Partners, BDC IT Venture Fund, and Kensington Capital Partners.


Celona, a dedicated networking platform provider, has closed $10 million in Series A funding.


Acronis, a cyber protection company, announced $147 million investment round led by Goldman Sachs.


INDUS.AI, a construction software company to analyze construction project performance in real-time, has received an $8 million Series A investment led by Millennium New Horizons with additional participation from Foundamental and Groundbreak Ventures. Previous investors Spero Ventures, UP2398, and Bootstrap Labs also joined the round. Matt Man is the CEO and co-founder of INDUS.AI.
