Plutoshift, Jorsek, 128 Technology, Voro, Elemica, Celera, Aliro Technologies, Automattic, Wahed, Built Robotics, Axiom Cyber Solutions, among others, announced their latest VC funding from venture capital companies.

Plutoshift, a data intelligence provider for industrial processes, has secured $8 million Series A round from institutional and individual investors. Prateek Joshi is the founder and CEO of Plutoshift.

Jorsek

Jorsek, a provider of knowledge management software for the technical documentation market, has raised $2.7 million in funding led by Armory Square Ventures (ASV), along with participation from Greycroft and Drake Ventures.

128 Technology

128 Technology, a session smart routing company, has closed $30 million in Series D financing. Existing investors all participated in the round, including executive management and current employees of 128 Technology, G20 Ventures, The Perkins Fund and individual investors. 128 Technology raised $97.4 million to date.

Elemica

Thoma Bravo, a private equity investment firm, has completed its sale of Elemica, a cloud-based digital supply network, to Eurazeo, an investment company headquartered in France. Financial details were not disclosed.

Celera

Celera, a developer of AI-based software automation platform, announced the closing of a $3 million seed investment. Celera did not reveal the name of its investors.

Voro

Voro, a healthcare social network, announced $2.5 million in seed funding — led by Floodgate. Tomas Hoyos is the co-founder and CEO of Voro. Voro also received investment from James Beshara, founder and CEO of Tilt; Jenny Fielding, managing director of Techstars; Nat Turner, co-founder and CEO of Flatiron Health; Zach Weinberg, co-founder and president of Flatiron Health; Vivek Garipalli, founder and CEO of Clover Health; Thomas Lehrman, co-founder of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) and Teamworthy Ventures; Kevin Taweel, founder and CEO of Asurion; Gerald Risk, vice chairman of Asurion; Matt Scott, managing partner of AVG Basecamp Fund; Greg Arrese, founder of Ride Ventures; Robin Shah, founding member of OneOncology; and others.

Aliro Technologies

Aliro Technologies, a software company that commercializes technologies making quantum hardware more accessible, has raised $2.7 million in its seed funding from Flybridge Capital Partners, Crosslink Capital, and Samsung NEXT, among others.

Built Robotics

Built Robotics has closed a $33 million Series B led by Next47, the global venture fund backed by Siemens. Additional investors include Building Ventures and current Built Robotics backers such as Founders Fund, NEA, Lemnos, and Presidio Ventures. Noah Ready-Campbell is the CEO of Built Robotics.

Automattic

Automattic, the parent company of web publishing platform WordPress.com, has raised $300 million in a Series D investment round from Salesforce Ventures, who joins Insight, Tiger Global, and True Ventures as an investor. Matt Mullenweg is the co-founder of WordPress and CEO of Automattic.

Wahed

FinTech start-up Wahed Invest has received investment from Dubai Cultiv8 Investments, a subsidiary of Dubai SME which is an integrated division of Dubai’s Department of Economic Development.

Axiom Cyber Solutions

Entourage Investment Group has finalized the acquisition of Axiom Cyber Solutions, a Las Vegas based cybersecurity company.
